Congratulations, Dania! Scholarships will be awarded during the NLC National Recognition Session on Friday, June 20. A scholarship dinner prior to Opening Session will be held for recipients to meet their scholarship sponsors. Karen Koeninger, Associate Director, National HOSA writes:

"The scholarship reviewers have submitted the names to receive national HOSA scholarships. With over 400 qualified scholarship applicants, it is a true testament to the organization that HOSA really does influence and make a difference in the career selection and lives of so many young people. The three individuals who reviewed all the scholarship
applications were impressed with the applicants and feel good about the future of health care. Out of the thirty -one (31) scholarships currently being presented at Nationals, there are nineteen (19) states represented. Congratulations!

The enthusiasm for HOSA and the health care field were evident in all of the essays not to mention the need to each with the high cost of education in the medical professions."
